Terms of Business – The Important Stuff!
It’s very important and it’s your responsibility to make sure that that the correct course and level is chosen for the attendees. The relevant Learning Outcomes and Course Outlines will help you to gauge the suitability of the course. We can also provide a Training Needs Analysis Questionnaire, if required and we will be happy to have a chat if you are unsure of the suitability of a course.
Booking a Corporate In-house Training Course
Training can be delivered in your own IT suite or we can set up a mobile training room for you – our laptops can be set up in any suitable room, at no extra cost.
Upon request we will prepare an itemised quotation for your consideration. When we receive your booking we will send you a confirmation email, which will include course details, costings, full course outline(s) and venue details.
How to Pay for Corporate In-house Training
We will send you an invoice directly after the training course has taken place – payment terms for corporate in house training courses are 30 days from date of invoice.
- You can send us your Purchase Order by email to admin@ByteBackTraining.co.uk and an invoice will be sent to you.
- You can pay by BAC’s
- Or if you prefer to pay by cheque, you can make your cheque payable to “ByteBack Training”, and post it to ByteBack Training, 4 Pen y Bryn Road, Colwyn Bay LL29 6AF – a receipt will be emailed to you.
Corporate In-house, Cancellation by the Client
Cancellations for Corporate In-house Courses should be made at least two weeks before the start date of the course. If an in-house booking is cancelled within the two weeks of the start date of the course ByteBack Training has the right to charge the full course fee.
Cancellation of Corporate Training by ByteBack Training
It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control, to postpone or rearrange your workshop and we will do our best to inform you at least 5 days prior to the course date and a new agreed date will be set.
Booking on a Public / Open Scheduled Course
Our open scheduled computer training courses are designed to offer a flexible training solution for both businesses and individuals. These open courses are the perfect solution if you are a business who wants to train a small number of staff or an individual who wants to upskill for enhanced career prospects or to return to the workplace.

How to Pay for Open / Public Courses
- You can pay for your booking on-line using the Open Course online booking form and a receipt will be emailed to you.
- If you prefer to pay by cheque, you can make your cheque payable to “ByteBack Training”, and post it to ByteBack Training, 4 Pen y Bryn Road, Colwyn Bay LL29 6AF – a receipt will be emailed to you.
- Alternatively you can send us your Purchase Order Number and an invoice will be sent to you.
Your fee includes comprehensive digital courseware (via email or bring your USB flash drive), CPD Accredited Certificate or a Certificate of Achievement, feedback and evaluation reports can be provided if required, an email/phone helpline is available after the training. Refreshments and lunch are provided for open/public courses unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation and Transfer Policy
Once you have received confirmation of your place on a training course, you will be liable for the full fee unless notification of cancellation has been received by us.
For cancellations received 5 working days or more before the training course date a full refund will be given.
For cancellations received with less than 5 working days the full fee will be due unless you wish to substitute an alternative attendee.
You are welcome to substitute an alternative participant free of charge at any time. Refunds will be given for non-attendance on the day.
Cancellations will be accepted only by telephone.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to cancel or rearrange a workshop/course date, we will endeavour to inform participants at least 5 days prior to the date. Where this is not possible, a new date will be arranged or the course will be refunded in full. We are unable to reimburse any other costs ie travel expenses, accommodation etc.
If you have any specific requirements please make sure these are included on the Booking Form, every effort will be made to accommodate your requirements.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
The attendees accept that the training course content and all materials remain the copyright of ByteBack Training. Unauthorised copying or sharing of the whole or part of any materials provided, is prohibited without the written consent of ByteBack Training.
No variation to these conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing between ByteBack Training and the attendee and/or their sponsoring organisation. The attendee and their sponsoring organisation acknowledge that these terms and conditions supersede any written or verbal communication.
Your Contact Details
ByteBack Training will use the contact and participant details provided during the registration process to provide you with further details regarding your training course. We may include you on our mailing list, which we’ll use to contact you with relevant information about our training events. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time and we will never share your details with any third party.
